„Žalgirio“ baseino vidaus tvarkos taisyklės

1. BENDROSIOS NUOSTATOS

1.1.

„Žalgirio“ baseine, esančiame adresu Karaliaus Mindaugo pr. 50, Kaune (toliau - Baseinas) lankytojai gali naudotis: 50 metrų baseinu, 25 metrų baseinu, pramoginiais baseinais, sūkurinėmis voniomis, pirtimis.

1.2.

Baseino valdytojas (toliau - Valdytojas) – BĮ Kauno plaukimo mokykla (juridinio asmens kodas 195470111, buveinės adresas Demokratų g. 34, LT-48421 Kaunas, tel. Nr. +37069448388, el. paštas: zalgiriobaseinas@swim.lt).

1.3.

Lankytojas – bet kuris asmuo, kuris įsigijo bilietą, narystę, dovanų kuponą, gavo leidimą arba pateko į Baseiną bet kokiomis kitomis teisėtomis priemonėmis, kurias nustatė Valdytojas. Bilietų ir narysčių pirkimo, keitimo bei grąžinimo sąlygos ir tvarka yra reglamentuojamos šiomis Taisyklėmis (toliau – Taisyklės).

1.4.

Taisyklės nustato Baseino lankytojų aptarnavimo (paslaugų teikimo) tvarką, privalomus saugumo, higienos ir kitus reikalavimus lankytojams, Baseino Valdytojo ir lankytojų teises, pareigas bei jų atsakomybės ribas, bilietų, narysčių pardavimo ir papildomų paslaugų teikimo sąlygas.

1.5.

Taisyklės viešai skelbiamos ir privalomos visiems Baseino lankytojams, nepriklausomai nuo jų amžiaus. Asmuo, prieš sudarydamas sutartį dėl Baseino paslaugų (t. y. įsigydamas bilietą ar narystę), privalo susipažinti su šiomis Taisyklėmis ir naudodamasis Baseino paslaugomis, jų laikytis.

1.6.

Visi baseino lankytojai, ir jį lydintys asmenys, kurie yra vyresni negu 16 metų privalo sutikti su Baseino vidaus elgesio taisyklėmis.

1.7.

Lankytojas visiškai atsakingas už savo sveikatos būklę ir galimybę naudotis Baseino teikiamomis paslaugomis. Valdytojas ir jo darbuotojai neatsako dėl lankytojo sveikatos sutrikimų, sužalojimų ir nelaimingų atsitikimų, atsiradusių lankantis Baseine.

1.8.

Teisę naudotis Baseino teikiamomis paslaugomis turi bet kokio amžiaus asmenys, išskyrus šiose Taisyklėse numatytas išimtis.

1.9.

Baseine draudžiama lankytis šiems asmenims:

1.9.1.

Asmenys, sergantys COVID-19 ar bet kokia kita virusine/infekcine liga, asmenys, įtariami, kad serga COVID-19 liga, ar bet kokia kita virusine/infekcine, ir asmenys, turėję sąlytį, su sergančiuoju COVID-19 liga (koronaviruso infekcija);

1.9.2.

Sergantiems infekcinėmis ligomis;

1.9.3.

Sergantiems konjunktyvitu, užkrečiamomis odos ligomis;

1.9.4.

Asmenims su atviromis žaizdomis;

1.9.5.

Asmenims, apsvaigusiems nuo alkoholio, narkotinių ar psichotropinių medžiagų;

1.9.6.

Asmenims su kitais negalavimais, kurie kelia ar gali kelti grėsmę savo ar kitų lankytojų sveikatai ir saugumui;

1.9.7.

Asmenims, kurių elgesys kelia pavojų Baseinui, jo saugumui ir higieninei būklei arba prieštarauja visuomenėje priimtoms gero elgesio taisyklėms;

1.10.

Vaikai iki 15 metų gali lankytis Baseine tik lydimi juos prižiūrinčių suaugusiųjų asmenų, kurie visiškai atsako už jų saugumą lankymo metu. Suaugęs asmuo turi būti vyresnis nei 18 metų ir prisiimti visišką atsakomybę už prižiūrimų vaikų saugumą, sveikatos būklę, elgesį, šių Taisyklių laikymąsi, už vaikų daiktų saugojimą, spintelių saugų užrakinimą. Vienas suaugęs asmuo gali lydėti ne daugiau kaip 4 (keturis) vaikus.

1.11.

Nepilnamečiai nuo 16 iki 18 metų lankytis baseine gali savarankiškai, tačiau jiems yra reikalingas raštiškas tėvų/globėjų sutikimas. Sutikimą tėvai/globėjai turi pasirašyti baseino registratūroje atvykus su nepilnamečiu vaiku. Tėvų/ globėjų sutikimas galioja 90 kalendorinių dienų.

1.12.

Negalią turintys asmenys, kuriems dėl jų sveikatos būklės yra reikalinga kito asmens priežiūra, Baseine gali lankytis tik lydimi jį prižiūrinčio pilnamečio asmens arba asmeninio asistento.

1.13.

Atliekant techninę profilaktiką, apie tai įspėjus iš anksto, Baseinas gali būti laikinai uždarytas.

1.14.

Iš anksto viešai skelbiamų varžybų metu gali būti apribotas ar laikinai sustabdytas naudojimasis Baseino paslaugomis. Apie planuojamas varžybas lankytojai informuojami internetinėje svetainėje, registratūroje ir/ar socialiniuose tinkluose. Šis laikotarpis nėra kompensuojamas.

1.15.

Lankytojai privalo palikti Baseiną likus 15 (penkiolikai) minučių iki Baseino darbo pabaigos arba nedelsiant po personalo nurodymo. Pro vartelius (turniketą) lankytojai turi išeiti iki Baseino darbo pabaigos, išėjus vėliau taikomas papildomas mokestis.

1.16.

Kilus klausimams ar neaiškumams, lankytojai turi kreiptis į Baseino personalą.

2. BILIETŲ ĮSIGIJIMO TVARKA, ĮKAINIAI

2.1.

Bilietų kainos pateikiamos Baseino kasoje ir interneto puslapyje www.zalgiriobaseinas.lt, bilietai parduodami Baseino kasoje arba interneto puslapyje.

2.2.

Lankytojas, įsigijęs sau pakvietimą, kuponą, bilietą ar narystę ir jos neišnaudojęs/aktyvavęs per 14 (keturiolika) kalendorinių dienų, šie tampa aktyvūs automatiškai 15 (penkioliktą) dieną. Galiojimo laikotarpio pratęsimas nėra suteikiamas.

2.3.

Parduodamų bilietų kiekis ir išduodamų lustinių apyrankių skaičius turi atitikti faktinį įeinančių per įėjimo vartelius asmenų skaičių. Apyrankės neišduodamos vaikams iki 7 metų, nebent lankytojas reikalauja kitaip.

2.4.

Bilietai gali būti laikinai neparduodami dėl techninių kliūčių arba kai užimtos visos daiktų saugojimo spintelės.

2.5.

Asmeniui, įsigijusiam bilietą, narystę ir nusprendusiam nesinaudoti Baseino paslaugomis, pinigai už bilietą, narystę negrąžinami ir nekeičiami į kito tipo bilietą.

2.6.

Lankytojui, pasilikusiam Baseine ilgiau nei numatytas apsilankymo laikas, suteikiama 15 (penkiolikos) minučių tolerancija. Pasibaigus šiam laikui, gali būti taikomas viršlaikis: jeigu lankytojas lieka Baseine nuo 1 iki 30 minučių, taikomas 3,00 EUR mokestis; virš 30 minučių – 19,00 EUR mokestis. Susidariusią viršlaikio sumą lankytojai privalo apmokėti registratūroje.

2.7.

Narystės registracijai taikomas vienkartinis 3 (trijų) Eur kortelės mokestis. Pametus ir/ar sugadinus kortelę, Lankytojas privalo susimokėti už naują kortelę. Kortelę, Lankytojas, privalo parodyti administracijai, kai atvyksta į baseiną. 

2.8.

Baseino asmeniniu naryste gali naudotis tik tas asmuo, kuriam narystė yra priskirta. Dalinti narystę kitiems asmenims draudžiama. Narystę galima perrašyti kitam asmeniui (2.22 punktas).

2.9.

Lankytojas įsigijęs „Bendro naudojimo narystę“ (Narystės šeimininkas) tampa atsakingas už trečiojo asmens sutikimą su baseino vidaus taisyklėmis ir susimokėjimą už visas papildomas paslaugas, tokias kaip maitinimą.

2.10.

Narystės šeimininkas, be baseino administracijos žinios, negali keisti ir perduoti narystės kortelės asmenims kurie nėra užregistruoti kaip bendri vartotojai. Baseinui įtarus, kad trečiasis asmuo nėra registruotas, gali jo neįleisti ir laikinai sustabdyti narystės galiojimą.

2.11.

Narystės šeimininkas privalo informuoti baseino administraciją el. paštu, telefonu arba vietoje apie pasikeitusius trečiuosius asmenis, kortelės blokavimą, sugedusią/pamestą kortelę ir/arba apie narystės sustabdymą.

2.12.

Narystės laikotarpis nėra pratęsiamas ar kaip nors kitaip kompensuojamas dėl kliento aplaidumo ir/ar kaltės. Išskyrus 2.23 punkto nurodytą išimtį.

2.13.

Už grubius šių Taisyklių pažeidimus, Baseino administracija turi teisę panaikinti narystės galiojimą.

2.14.

Dėl techninių kliūčių, renginių vykdymo metu, dėl kitų svarbių priežasčių Baseine laikinai gali būti draudžiama naudotis tam tikromis paslaugomis: sūkurinėmis voniomis, baseinais, pirtimis, gali nevykti grupiniai užsiėmimai ir kt. Tuo atveju, bilieto kaina nėra perskaičiuojama ir pinigai lankytojui nėra grąžinami.

2.15.

Vaikams iki ketverių metų taikomas vieno euro mokestis. Kilus įtarimui, kad vaikui gali būti daugiau negu 4 metai, gali būti prašoma pateikti vaiko amžių patvirtinantį dokumentą.

2.16.

Vaikams nuo 5 iki 18 metų galioja baseine nustatyti įkainiai.

2.17.

Lankytojai gali įsigyti „Šeima 2+1 ir/arba Šeima 2+2 bilietą“, skirtą 2 suaugusiems ir 1/2 vaikams (atitinkamai pagal perkamą bilietą) iki 17 metų, kuris leidžia šeimos nariams ir su giminystės ryšiais susijusiems asmenims bendrai lankytis baseine. Už kiekvieną vaiką, kuris viršija nustatytą skaičių kainos kategorijoje, taikomas papildomas vaiko įkainis. Visi šeimos bilietu besinaudojantys asmenys privalo sutikti su baseino vidaus elgesio taisyklėms. Baseinas pasilieka teisę neįleisti asmens(ų), kurie atsisako sutikti su baseino vidaus elgesio taisyklėmis.

2.18.

Asmenys, norintys įsigyti bilietą ar narystę su nuolaida, privalo pateikti asmens tapatybę patvirtinantį dokumentą (skrajutę, kortelę, pažymėjimą ar kt.).

2.19.

Kylant abejonių dėl lankytojo amžiaus, ar esant būtinybei nustatyti lankytojo tapatybę, Baseino personalas turi teisę pareikalauti lankytojo pateikti asmens tapatybės dokumentą (pasą, tapatybės kortelę, moksleivio/studento pažymėjimą ar pan.).

2.20.

Jei lankytojas, jau išėjęs iš Baseino, pageidauja pakartotinai patekti į Baseino teritoriją, jis turi įsigyti naują bilietą.

2.21.

Narystės perrašymo kaina yra 10 EUR. Perrašyti narystę galima du kartus per narystės galiojimo laikotarpį, registratūroje.

2.22.

Narystės perrašyme privalo dalyvauti abu asmenys – abonemento savininkas ir asmuo kam bus perrašomas abonementas. Naujas savininkas privalo sutikti su baseino vidaus elgesio taisyklėmis, jeigu to dar nėra padaręs.

2.23.

Narystė gali būti pratęsiama tik ligos atveju ir pateikus tai įrodantį dokumentą (-us). Kitais atvejais baseino administracija sprendžia pagal susiklosčiusią situaciją.

2.24.

Narystės naudojimo sąlygos aprašytos sutartyje arba Nario kortelės naudojimosi instrukcijoje. Asmeniui, pametusiam biometrinę apyrankę, taikomas 10 Eur mokestis.

3. LUSTINĖ APYRANKĖ, JOS PASKIRTIS IR NAUDOJIMAS

3.1.

Parduodant bilietą ar narystę į Baseiną, išduodama atitinkamos spalvos lustinė apyrankė, kuri priskiriama kiekvienam lankytojui individualiai.

3.2.

Lustinę apyrankę yra būtina aktyvuoti per pirmąsias 30 min. įeinant per įėjimo vartelius. Neaktyvavus lustinės apyrankės per 30 min., ji automatiškai blokuojama ir pinigai lankytojui negrąžinami.

3.3.

Bilieto ar narystės tikslus galiojimo terminas, apsilankymo laikas ir sąlygos nurodytos kainoraštyje registratūroje arba www.zalgiriobaseinas.lt

3.4.

Gavusiems lustinę apyrankę, yra suteikiamas kreditas, kurį lankytojas gali naudoti įsigydamas papildomas paslaugas Baseine.

3.5.

Lankytojui, išnaudojusiam dalį kredito ar visą kredito limitą, savo sąskaitą privaloma apmokėti išėjimo kasose.

3.6.

Lustines apyrankes gavę asmenys turi įeiti per įėjimo vartelius po vieną, priglausdami apyrankę prie skaitytuvo, esančio ant vartelių. Praleistas laikas Baseine pradedamas skaičiuoti nuo to momento, kai asmuo įeina per įėjimo vartelius ir stabdomas tada, kai lankytojas išeina per išėjimo vartelius įdėjęs apyrankę į surinktuvą.

3.7.

Su lustine apyranke Baseino teritorijoje lankytojas gali:

3.7.1.

atrakinti ir užrakinti daiktų saugojimo spintelę;

3.7.2.

įsigyti prekių ir paslaugų bare;

3.7.3.

infoterminale matyti lustinės apyrankės informaciją.

3.8.

Lankytojui praradus lustinę apyrankę ar sugadinus elektroninę jos dalį privaloma prieiti prie kasų ir kreiptis į personalą dėl lustinės apyrankės užblokavim bei sumokėti apyrankės praradimo mokestį lygų 10 Eurų.

3.9.

Prieš išeidamas iš Baseino lankytojas turi atsiskaityti kasoje. Tuomet yra parodoma lankytojo mokėtina suma už Baseine jam suteiktas paslaugas ir/ ar jo nupirktas prekes.

3.10.

Išėjus anksčiau, t.y. neišbuvus viso skirto laiko limito, pinigai už neišbūtą laiką lankytojui negrąžinami.

3.11.

Už buvimo Baseine laiko limito viršijimą (laiką, už kurį nebuvo sumokėta įsigyjant lustinę apyrankę) arba už išėjimą po oficialių Baseino darbo valandų atsiskaitoma taip:

3.11.1.

lankytojui viršijus laiko limitą, skaičiuojamas mokestis už papildomai praleistą laiką nuo pirmos minutės ir skaičiuojamas už kiekvieną papildomą minutę;

3.11.2.

mokestis skaičiuojamas pagal tuo metu galiojančius įkainius ir sumokamas kasoje.

3.12.

Jeigu lankytojas negali sumokėti už papildomai praleistą laiką ar suteiktas paslaugas, pinigai iš jo išieškomi Lietuvos Respublikos įstatymų nustatyta tvarka.

3.13.

Lankytojai, padarę žalą Baseinui, atsako Lietuvos Respublikos įstatymų nustatyta tvarka. Už žalą, kurią padaro nepilnamečiai, atsako jų tėvai (globėjai) arba lydintys asmenys.

4. KITA BENDRA INFORMACIJA

4.1.

Baseino darbo laikas skelbiamas ant įėjimo durų, internete svetainėje www.zalgiriobaseinas.lt;

4.2.

Baseino darbo laikas vasaros metu nustatomas administracijos nurodymu ir skelbiamas www.zalgiriobaseinas.lt puslapyje, „Facebook“ paskyroje bei registratūroje.

4.3.

Baseinas Lietuvos Respublikos valstybinių švenčių metu gali dirbti trumpiau, informaciją apie tai pateikiant interneto svetainėje https://www.zalgiriobaseinas.lt/ registratūroje ir/ar socialiniuose tinkluose. Lietuvos Respublikos valstybinių švenčių metu galioja savaitgalio apsilankymų įkainiai, grupiniai užsiėmimai nevyksta.

4.4.

Baseino lankytojų saugumu rūpinasi nuolat budintys plaukimo instruktoriai - gelbėtojai, kurie yra specialiai apmokyti ir mokantys suteikti pirmąją medicininę pagalbą. Gelbėtojai apsirengę raudonus marškinėlius su užrašu „Gelbėtojas“.

4.5.

Pirčių darbo laikas skelbiamas: baseino informacinėje lentoje ir internetinėje svetainėje www.zalgiriobaseinas.lt.

4.6.

Informacija apie mėnesinių, kartinių, ilgalaikių narysčių stabdymą ir pratęsimą pateikiama kainoraštyje, www.zalgiriobaseinas.lt ir baseino registratūroje.

4.7.

Baseino teritorijoje asmenys dėl jų saugumo yra stebimi vaizdo kameromis.

4.8.

Rūkyti lankytojams Baseino teritorijoje draudžiama.

4.9.

Baseinas neatsako už lankytojų asmeninius daiktus, paliktus Baseino patalpose ir neužrakintose daiktų saugojimo spintelėse.

4.10.

Lankytojų palikti ir vėliau kitų lankytojų ar Baseino personalo surasti ir Valdytojui perduoti daiktai saugomi administracijoje 7 (septynias) kalendorines dienas. 

4.11.

Kai užrakinama daiktų saugojimo spintelė, užrakto korpuse užsidega raudonos spalvos indikatorius, kai atrakinama - indikatorius tampa neaktyvus. Lankytojai privalo kruopščiai patikrinti, ar patikimai užrakinta daiktų saugojimo spintelė.

4.12.

Kiekvienas lankytojas turi teisę naudotis ne daugiau kaip viena daiktų saugojimo spintele.

4.13.

Pažeidus šias Taisykles, lankytojas privalo nedelsdami palikti Baseiną, jeigu to reikalauja Valdytojas.

4.14.

Lankytojai, Baseine pajutę bet kokių sveikatos sutrikimų, privalo kreiptis į Baseino prižiūrėtoją ar kitą personalą.

4.15.

Baseino lankytojai privalo avėti šlepetes, tinkamas avėti drėgnoje, slidžioje aplinkoje, išskyrus vandens vonias.

4.16.

Baseine privaloma būti su baseinui skirta maudymosi apranga.

4.17.

Ilgesni plaukai privalo būti surišti gumyte plaukams/supinti į kasą.

4.18.

Prieš einant į baseino erdvę ir išeinant iš jos, lankytojams būtina nusiprausti po dušu.

4.19.

Didžiojo baseino (50m) gylis yra 2.2 m, todėl juo naudotis gali tik mokantys plaukti lankytojai. 25m baseino gylis 0,8 m, pramogų baseino gylis 1.20 - 1.40 m, vaikų baseino - 0,30 m.

4.20.

Plaukiojant takeliuose būtina laikytis dešinės pusės.

4.21.

Gerti ir valgyti galima tik pramoginio baseino erdvėje, esančioje baro zonoje.

4.22.

Poilsio erdvėje ant gultų po visu kūnu pasitiesti rankšluostį.

4.23.

Tam tikrose, daugiau atidumo reikalaujančiose vietose, iškabinti įspėjamieji ženklai, kurių privaloma laikytis.

4.24.

Lankytojas, pastebėjęs bet kokias su įranga susijusias problemas, turėtų nedelsiant pranešti Baseino darbuotojui.

4.25.

Lankytojas, atėjęs į baseiną su nepilnamečiu vaiku (iki 16 metų), privalo jį prižiūrėti, nepalikti vieno bei atsako už jo saugumą.

4.26.

Kiekvieną mėnesio pirmą pirmadienį baseinas yra uždaromas baseino profilaktiniams priežiūros darbams atlikti (06:00-14:00). Baseino administracija pasilieka teisę keisti darbo laiką.

4.27.

Einančių metų rugpjūčio mėnesį baseinas uždaromas privalomajai techninei profilaktikai ir reikalingiems remonto darbams. Baseino administracija pasilieka teisę keisti darbo laiką.

4.28.

Narystės stabdomos tik klientui pateikus gydytojo pažymą (įskaitant vaikų ligas, jeigu dėl to vienas iš tėvų negalėjo lankytis baseine) arba nedarbingumo pažymėjimą baseino administracijai. Narystės stabdymo laikotarpis sutampa su laikotarpiu, nurodytu gydytojo pažymėjime ir/arba nedarbingumo pažymėjime. Jeigu nėra nurodyto laikotarpio, narystės pratęsiamos ne ilgiau kaip 7 kalendorines dienas. Baseino administracija pasilieka teisę spręsti narystės sustabdymą/pratęsimą pagal individualiai susidariusią situaciją.

5. PRIPLAUKIAMŲ BARŲ IR RESTORANO TAISYKLĖS

5.1.

Baseino restorane ir baruose alkoholiniai gėrimai lankytojams parduodami nuo 20 m. amžiaus, energetiniai gėrimai - nuo 18 m.

5.2.

Baro darbuotojai turi teisę neaptarnauti apsvaigusių nuo alkoholio, narkotinių/psichotropinių medžiagų ar pavojingai besielgiančių asmenų.

5.3.

Lankytojas įsipareigoja vartoti alkoholinius gėrimus atsakingai ir įvertinti savo galimybes išlikti vandenyje budriems ir saugiems.

5.4.

Alkoholiniai gėrimai baseino zonoje parduodami juridiniams asmenims tik reprezentaciniais tikslais.

5.5.

Lankytojai įsipareigoja gėrimus vartoti saugiai, nepilstyti į baseiną ir nepalikinėti tuščios taros ne tam skirtose vietose.

5.6.

Draudžiama palikti gėrimus be priežiūros.

5.7.

Baseino darbuotojai neatsako už lankytojų gėrimus paliktus be priežiūros.

5.8.

Restorano maistą privaloma vartoti tik restorano zonoje.

5.9.

Draudžiama valgyti būnant vandenyje ar ne tam skirtoje restorano zonoje.

5.10.

Draudžiama išsinešti baro ar restorano indus/taures.

5.11.

Draudžiama maistą/užkandžius nešiotis po Baseino patalpas, nebent tam skirtuose induose išsinešimui;

5.12.

Lankytojas yra atsakingas už atsiskaitymus bare ar restorane, atliktus jų pačių ir jų atsakomybėje esančių žmonių apyrankėmis.

5.13.

Už vaikų apyrankėse priskirto kredito naudojimą atsiskaitymams bare ar restorane atsakingi tėvai ar vaikus lydintys asmenys ir išeidami iš baseino privalo atsiskaityti už jų įsigytas prekes išėjimo kasoje.

5.14.

Prieš išeidamas iš Baseino lankytojas turi atsiskaityti už jo pirktas prekes Baseino išėjimo kasoje arba naudojant savitarnos kasą. Neatsiskaičius už jo pirktas prekes, baseino administracija bando susisiekti su lankytoju arba kviečia Policiją.

5.15.

Baro darbuotojai turi teisę neaptarnauti lankytojų be papildomo paaiškinimo.

5.16.

Restoranas automatiškai įtraukia 10% (dešimties procentų) aptarnavimo mokestį nuo išleistos sumos į lankytojo sąskaitą už paslaugas įsigytas bare ar restorane.

5.17.

Lankytojas turi teisę atsisakyti aptarnavimo mokesčio prieš atsiskaitydamas apyranke, po atsiskaitymo aptarnavimo mokestis negali būti anuliuotas.

6. PIRČIŲ ZONOS TAISYKLĖS

6.1.

Pirčių zonoje lankytojai prašomi netriukšmauti.

6.2.

Pirčių erdvėje lankytojai privalo turėti rankšluostį arba naudoti Baseino siūlomus vienkartinės paskirties rankšluosčius.

6.3.

Į sausas pirtis galima eiti tik turint rankšluostį arba naudojant Baseino siūlomus vienkartinės paskirties rankšluosčius, kuriuos pirtyje lankytojas privalo pasitiesti ant medinių gultų po visu kūnu.

6.4.

Prieš įeinant į pirtis bei jomis pasinaudojus, prieš įlipant į baseinus, sūkurines vonias būtina nusiprausti duše.

6.5.

Šlepetes būtina palikti prie įėjimo į sausąją pirtį.

6.6.

Garinėje pirtyje sėdėjimo vietą privalu nusiplauti su dušu. Dušu naudotis taip, kad netrukdytumėte šalia esantiems žmonėms.

6.7.

Pirčių zonoje rekomenduojame nenešioti papuošalų.

6.8.

Nesilaikantys pirčių zonos taisyklių įspėjami. Jei klientas pakartotinai pažeidžia taisykles, jis gali būti išprašytas iš vandens zonos ir kitą kartą neįleidžiamas.

6.9.

Draudžiama ant pirčių akmenų pilti savo atsineštus kvapus, skysčius (10.2 punktas).

6.10.

Nepilnamečiai vaikai iki 16 metų privalo pirtyje būti su už jų saugumą atsakingais suaugusiais asmenimis (1.9 punktas).

6.11.

Visose pirtyse yra įrengtas „pagalbos mygtukas“, skirtas išsikviesti gelbėtojus, jeigu kyla pavojus sveikatai.

7. KALNELIO/ČIUOŽYKLOS NAUDOJIMO TAISYKLĖS

7.1.

Kalneliu/čiuožykla gali naudotis tik vyresni kaip 3 metų amžiaus asmenys. Jaunesni kaip 10 metų amžiaus vaikai gali naudotis kalneliu/čiuožykla tik prižiūrimi suaugusiojo asmens.

7.2.

Čiuožti galima tik įsitikinus, kad nusileidimo baseinėlis yra pripildytas vandens.

7.3.

Laikytis nurodytų saugumo reikalavimų.

7.4.

Draudžiama vaikams naudotis kalneliu/čiuožykla, jeigu su juo/ja nėra atsakingo asmens.

7.5.

Draudžiama bėgioti čiuožyklos laipteliais.

7.6.

Draudžiama čiuožti galvą į apačią, lipti prieš srovę ir bėgioti čiuožyklos laipteliais.

7.7.

Draudžiama palikti be priežiūros jaunesnius negu 10 metų amžiaus vaikus.

7.8.

Draudžiama čiuožti su apranga, kurioje yra blizgučių, užtrauktukų, segtukų, sagučių ir pan. elementų.

7.9.

Draudžiama čiuožti su pagalbinėmis priemonėmis, t. y. gelbėjimosi liemenėmis, pripučiamais petukais, gelbėjimosi ratu.

8. BASEINO DUŠO PASLAUGOS NAUDOJIMO TAISYKLĖS

8.1.

Lankytojas, norintis pasinaudoti dušo paslauga, privalo sumokėti 3 EUR mokestį baseino registratūroje.

8.2.

Lankytojams, naudojantis dušo paslauga, išduodama lustinė apyrankė, kurios paskirtis ir naudojimo taisyklės lieka tokios pačios, kaip nurodyta šių taisyklių 3 skyriuje, išskyrus 8.6. punkte numatytą dušo paslaugos naudojimo laikotarpį.

8.3.

Lankytojas, patvirtina, kad yra fiziškai sveikas i neturi komplikacijų, kurios neleistų jam naudotis šia paslauga.

8.4.

Lankytojas prisiima visišką atsakomybę už savo sveikatą.

8.5.

Norint pasinaudoti kitomis baseino teikiamomis paslaugomis (plaukimo takelis, spa zona ir pan.), lankytojas privalo nusipirkti tam skirtą bilietą.

8.6.

Nusipirkus bilietą, Lankytojui suteikiama 20 minučių naudotis baseino persirengimo kambario dušais. Jei Lankytojas nepalieka baseino teritorijos per šį laiką, jam bus taikomas 0,50 EUR/1 min viršlaikis.

8.7.

Dušo paslauga gali naudotis:

8.7.1.

Suaugusieji;

8.7.2.

Vaikai iki 16 metų - tik su lydinčiu suaugusiu asmeniu;

8.7.3.

Asmenys tarp 16-18 metų - tik su rašytiniu tėvų sutikimu. Baseino administracija pasilieka teisę prašyti asmens tapatybę patvirtinančio dokumento.

9. HIDROMASAŽO VONIOS NAUDOJIMO TAISYKLĖS

9.1.

Lankytojas, norintis pasinaudoti hidromasažo vonia, privalo užsiregistruoti atvykęs į baseiną, registratūroje.

9.2.

Lankytojas patvirtina, kad yra fiziškai sveikas ir neturi komplikacijų, kurios neleistų jam naudotis hidromasažo vonia.

9.3.

Lankytojas prisiima visišką atsakomybė už savo sveikatą.

9.4.

Norint pasinaudoti kitomis baseino teikiamomis paslaugomis (plaukimo takeliais, spa zona ir pan.), lankytojas privalo nusipirkti atskirą bilietą.

9.5.

Užsiregistravus, lankytojui bus paskirtas laiko intervalas. Jei lankytojas nepasirodys per jam paskirtą laiko intervalą ir/arba nesinaudos hidromasažine vonia ne dėl Baseino kaltės, sumokėti pinigai nebus grąžinami.

9.6.

Atvykus nurodyti laiku, Lankytojui administracijos darbuotoja(-as) nustatys norimą hidromasažo vonios funkciją (15, 20, 30 minučių).

9.7.

Pasibaigus masažui lankytojas privalo palikti baseino teritoriją, nebent yra nusipirkęs bilietą naudotis kitomis baseino teikiamomis paslaugomis (plaukimo takeliai, SPA zona ir pan.).

10. LANKYTOJŲ TEISĖS IR PAREIGOS

10.1.

Lankytojas turi teisę:

10.1.1.

naudotis Baseino teikiamomis paslaugomis;

10.1.2.

reikalauti, kad Valdytojas atlygintų lankytojo patirtą žalą, atsiradusią dėl Valdytojo kaltės, šiose Taisyklėse ir teisės aktuose nustatyta tvarka.

10.2.

Lankytojas įsipareigoja:

10.2.1.

prieš pradėdamas naudotis Baseino teikiamomis paslaugomis, įsitikinti, kad jo sveikatos būklė ir fizinės galimybės jam leidžia jomis naudotis. Neigiamos pasekmės, susijusios su šio reikalavimo nevykdymu, tenka pačiam lankytojui;

10.2.2.

būdamas Baseine ir naudodamasis jame teikiamomis paslaugomis, griežtai laikytis šiose Taisyklėse nustatytų reikalavimų;

10.2.3.

būdamas Baseine segėti ir naudotis tik jam priskirta lustine apyranke;

10.2.4.

vykdyti Valdytojo personalo nurodymus dėl saugos reikalavimų ir šių Taisyklių laikymosi;

10.2.5.

baseino lankytojai privalo klausyti visų gelbėtojų nurodymų. Baseino administracija pasilieka teisę išprašyti Lankytojus kurie tyčia ignoruoja gelbėtojų nurodymus.

10.2.6.

naudoti tik plaukimo aprangą: moterys ir mergaitės - plaukimo kostiumėlį, vyrai ir berniukai - plaukimo glaudes.

10.2.7.

vaikai iki 3 metų amžiaus privalo mūvėti sauskelnes, pritaikytas būti vandenyje.

10.2.8.

nepilnamečiai vaikai iki 16 metų privalo būti kartu su už jų saugumą atsakingais suaugusiais asmenimis (1.9 punktas).

10.2.9.

Vaikai iki 6 m. amžiaus arba žemesni nei 130 cm ūgio pramoginiuose baseinuose, kurių gylis didesnis nei 80 cm, privalo dėvėti pripučiamas rankovytes. Jas nemokamai galima gauti pas gelbėtojus. „Rankovytės“ nėra privalomos, jeigu esantis atsakingas asmuo yra kartu su vaiku vandenyje, o vaikas yra ne toliau nei ištiestos rankos atstumu.

10.2.10.

Lankytojai privalo palikti baseino ir/ar SPA zoną ne vėliau kaip 15 minučių iki jų uždarymo laiko.

11. VALDYTOJO TEISĖS IR PAREIGOS

11.1.

Valdytojas turi teisę:

11.1.1.

į Baseiną neįleisti asmenų, kurių elgesys gali sutrikdyti tvarką, kelti pavojų kitų lankytojų saugumui, Baseino higienos būklei ir/ ar prieštarautų visuomenėje priimtoms elgesio normoms;

11.1.2.

į Baseiną neįleisti asmenų, jeigu jie nesutinka laikytis ar nesupranta šių Taisyklių;

11.1.3.

bet kuriuo metu pakeisti Baseino teikiamų paslaugų sąrašą ir/ ar jų įkainius be išankstinio įspėjimo;

11.1.4.

pašalinti iš Baseino lankytojus, kurie pažeidžia Taisykles, nepaiso įspėjamųjų ženklų, iškabose nurodytų reikalavimų, nevykdo personalo nurodymų. Tokiu atveju pinigai lankytojams negrąžinami;

11.1.5.

vienašališkai pakeisti Taisykles, jas paskelbiant viešai;

11.1.6.

neįleisti asmenų be papildomo paaiškinimo.

11.1.7.

Valdytojas turi teisę Baseine rengti uždarus vakarus.

12. REKOMENDACIJOS LANKYTOJAMS

12.1.

Baseino administracija rekomenduoja planuojantiems pramogauti lankytojams įvertinti savo fizines galimybes ir sveikatos būklę (pvz. lėtinius susirgimus, traumas, nėštumą ir t.t.).

12.2.

Lankytojams nerekomenduojama į Baseiną neštis brangių ir/ar vertingų daiktų (papuošalų, laikrodžių, mobiliųjų telefonų ir pan.), kurie gali sugesti dėl drėgmės arba būti pamesti.

12.3.

Lankytojams nerekomenduojama naudotis Baseino teikiamomis paslaugomis segint bet kokio tipo papuošalus ar kitus juvelyrinius dirbinius, galinčius padaryti žalą patiems lankytojams ir/ ar Baseino inventoriui.

12.4.

Griežtai nerekomenduojama šokinėti, nardyti, daryti triukus, sulaikyti kvėpavimą po vandeniu, bandyti pernerti baseiną ar atlikti kitus sudėtingus ar rizikingus veiksmus.

13. DRAUDIMAI BASEINE

13.1.

Baseine draudžiama:

13.1.1.

garsiai šūkauti, švilpauti, melagingai kviestis pagalbos, bėgioti (lankytojas gali paslysti ir susižaloti), stumdytis, grubiai elgtis, trukdyti kitiems lankytojams naudotis Baseino paslaugomis;

13.1.2.

atsinešti su savimi stiklinių, dūžtančių, aštrių daiktų;

13.1.3.

atsinešti su savimi maisto produktų bei gėrimų (išskyrus geriamąjį vandenį nedūžtančiuose induose);

13.1.4.

lankytis su gyvūnais;

13.1.5.

čiuožinėti laiptų turėklais, laipioti plieninėmis konstrukcijomis ar kitaip gadinti Baseine esantį inventorių;

13.1.6.

spjaudyti ant grindų ir į vandenį, atlikti natūralius gamtinius poreikius ne tualetuose;

13.1.7.

palikti nepilnamečius vaikus iki 15 metų be už jų saugumą atsakingų suaugusių asmenų;

13.1.8.

nardymo pratimus lankytojas gali atlikti tik papildomai apie tai informavęs gelbėtoją. Lankytojas, atlikdamas nardymo pratimus, prisiima visą atsakomybę ir riziką kylančią jo sveikatai ir saugumui įskaitant mirties atvejį ar bet kokį kitą jo sveikatos sutrikdymą;

13.1.9.

avėti lauko avalynę, išskyrus erdvę iki persirengimo rūbinės;

13.1.10.

lankytojui naudotis ne jam priskirta lustine apyranke;

13.1.11.

šokinėti į vandenį nuo baseinų kraštų, sūkurinių vonių, nardyti sūkurinėse voniose;

13.1.12.

vaikams iki 3 metų maudytis baseinuose be specialiai tam skirtų sauskelnių;

13.1.13.

filmuoti ir fotografuoti visose Baseino patalpose be paslaugų teikėjo leidimo;

13.1.14.

pilti gėrimus į baseinus ar sūkurines vonias;

13.1.15.

skustis ir/ar atlikti depiliavimosi procedūras Baseino patalpose;

13.1.16.

gręžti šlapius rūbus (maudymosi kostiumėlius, trumpikes, rankšluosčius ir kt. daiktus) persirengimo rūbinėse ant grindų;

13.1.17.

baseine lankytis/būti apsvaigusiam nuo alkoholio, narkotinių ir psichotropinių medžiagų;

13.1.18.

naudotis Baseino paslaugomis turint sveikatos sutrikimų ar esant blogai savijautai;

13.1.19.

Lankytojams teikti komercines paslaugas be administracijos rašytinio sutikimo. Baseino administracija pasilieka teisę be jokio paaiškinimo uždrausti veiklos vykdymą;

13.1.20.

nuogiems plaukioti baseinuose ir būti pirtyse;

13.1.21.

savavališkai nusistatyti, keisti ir/ar sustabdyti nustatytą hidromasažo vonios funkciją;

13.1.22.

naudoti hidromasažo vonią arba bet kaip kitaip keisti ar valdyti masažo vonios nustatymus be administracijos sutikimo;

13.1.23.

išsinešti bet kokį Baseino inventorių;

13.1.24.

vandens voniose avėti avalynę, šlepetes ar bet kokio kito tipo apavus.

13.2.

Pirčių erdvėje draudžiama:

13.2.1.

atsinešti į pirtis ir jose naudoti savo užpilus, ekstraktus ir vantas;

13.2.2.

pirtyse patiems pilti vandenį ant akmenų ar temperatūros daviklių;

13.2.3.

reguliuoti pirčių patalpose esančius prietaisus;

13.2.4.

pirtyse būti apsvaigus nuo alkoholio, narkotinių ir psichotropinių medžiagų;

13.2.5.

palikti nepilnamečius vaikus iki 15 metų be už jų saugumą atsakingų suaugusių asmenų;

13.2.6.

pirtyse avėti avalynę, šlepetes ar bet kokio kito tipo apavus;

13.2.7.

naudoti „pagalbos mygtuką“ ne pagal nurodytą paskirtį.

14. ATSAKOMYBĖ

14.1.

Lankytojas, padaręs žalą Baseine, jame esančiam turtui, lankytojų turtui ir/ ar sveikatai, atsako Lietuvos Respublikos įstatymų nustatyta tvarka. Už žalą, kurią padaro nepilnamečiai, negalią turintys asmenys, atsako jų tėvai ar globėjai.

14.2.

Vienas suaugęs asmuo gali atsivesti kartu su savimi iki 4 nepilnamečių vaikų (iki 15 metų) už kurių sveikatą ir saugumą jis/ji visapusiškai atsako.

14.3.

Baseino administracijai ar darbuotojams įtarus, jog lankytojas padarė nusikalstamą veiką, nedelsiant kviečiama policija.

14.4.

Už „Žalgirio“ baseino paskelbtų taisyklių nesilaikymą taikomas 1 mėnesio draudimas lankytis Baseine. Jei šis pažeidimas pakartojamas, taikomas 3 mėnesių draudimas lankytis, o tada - 6 mėnesių ir 1 metų draudimas lankytis. Sumokėti pinigai nėra grąžinami.

14.5.

Už grubų taisyklių pažeidimą taikomas 3 mėnesių draudimas lankytis Baseine. Jei pažeidimas pakartojamas, taikomas 6 mėnesių draudimas lankytis, o tada - 1 metų draudimas lankytis. Sumokėti pinigai nėra grąžinami. Baseino administracija pasilieka teisę už vienkartinius ar pasikartojančius grubius pažeidimus įtraukti asmenį į nepageidaujamų asmenų sąrašą neterminuotam laikotarpiui. Grubus taisyklių pažeidimas yra bet koks veiksmas ar elgesys, kuris kelia pavojų aplinkinių asmenų saugumui ir/ar sveikatai arba sukelia žalą baseino infrastruktūrai.

14.6.

Baseino administracija turi teisę pašalinti lankytojus, kurie pažeidžia baseino taisykles arba nevykdo baseino personalo nurodymų. Tokiu atveju, sumokėti pinigai nėra grąžinami bei gali būti taikomas lankymo apribojimas.

14.7.

Nepilnamečių tėvai, globėjai ar kiti juos lydintys pilnamečiai asmenys, atsakingi už kartu atvykusių nepilnamečių, negalią turinčių asmenų supažindinimą su Taisyklėmis ir už šių Taisyklių laikymąsi.

14.8.

Numatytos materialinės žalos kompensacijos už tyčia pažeistą, sugadintą pastato infrastruktūrą, aplinką, prarastą ar sugadintą inventorių nustatomos pagal tuo metu patvirtintus įkainius.

14.9.

Lankytojas yra atsakingas už baseino įrangą, kurią naudoja, o praradimo ar sugadinimo atveju privalo atlyginti Baseinui patirtą žalą. Jei daiktas nėra grąžinamas arba yra sugadintas, lankytojas privalo sumokėti iš anksto nustatytą baudą pagal tuo metu galiojančius tarifus.

14.10.

Sugadinus turtą ir/arba neturtą Baseine, lankytojas privalo nedelsdamas pranešti apie žalą Baseino administracijai arba bet kuriam jos darbuotojui, nurodydamas incidento vietą, laiką ir aplinkybes bei asmenis, mačiusius įvykį. Jei lankytojas nesilaiko šios sąlygos, vėlesni skundai ir pretenzijos dėl sveikatos ir/arba turto žalos nebus nagrinėjami.

14.11.

Administratorius nenagrinės lankytojo pretenzijų ir nebus atsakingas už jokius materialinius ir/arba nematerialinius nuostolius, kuriuos lankytojas patyrė Baseine, jei lankytojas nesilaikė šiose Taisyklėse nustatytų reikalavimų ir/arba rekomendacijų.

14.12.

Operatorius neatsako už lankytojų asmeninius daiktus arba jų praradimą ir/arba dalinį sugadinimą, įskaitant lankytojų maudymosi kostiumėlius, sugadintus čiuožyklomis arba chloruotu vandeniu.

14.13.

Baseinas neatsako tretiesiems asmenims už bet kokias pasekmes ar žalą lankytojų sveikatai ir turtui bei nepriima ir nenagrinėja pretenzijų, jei tokios pasekmės kyla dėl lankytojų pačių neatsargumo, nesilaikymo šių Taisyklių, informacijos ant įspėjamųjų ženklų ir pranešimų, arba nesilaikymo teisėtų Baseino darbuotojų nurodymų.

14.14.

“ŽALGIRIS“ SWIMMING POOL INTERNAL RULES OF PROCEDURE

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. In the Žalgirio Swimming Pool, located at Karaliaus Mindaugo pr. 50, Kaunas (hereinafter referred to as the Pool), visitors can use: a 50-meter pool, a 25-meter pool, recreational pools, whirlpools, saunas.

1.2. The Pool Manager (hereinafter referred to as the Manager) is the Joint Venture Kauno plaikimo mokykla (legal entity code 195470111, registered office address Demokratų g. 34, LT-48421 Kaunas, tel. No. +37069448388, e-mail: zalgiriobaseinas@swim.lt).

1.3. Visitor is any person who has purchased a ticket, membership, gift voucher, received a permit or entered the Pool by any other lawful means established by the Manager. The terms and conditions for purchasing, exchanging and returning tickets and memberships are regulated by these Rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules).

1.4. The Rules establish the procedure for servicing (providing services) to visitors of the Pool, mandatory safety, hygiene and other requirements for visitors, the rights, obligations and limits of their liability of the Pool Manager and visitors, the conditions for selling tickets, memberships and providing additional services.

1.5. The Rules are publicly announced and are binding on all visitors of the Pool, regardless of their age. Before concluding an agreement for Pool services (i.e. purchasing a ticket or membership), a person must familiarize himself with these Rules and, when using the Pool services, comply with them.

1.6. All visitors of the Pool, and persons accompanying him who are over 16 years of age, must agree to the Pool's internal rules of conduct.

1.7. The visitor is fully responsible for his/her health condition and the ability to use the services provided by the Pool. The Manager and his/her employees are not liable for the visitor's health problems, injuries and accidents that occurred while visiting the Pool.

1.8. Persons of any age have the right to use the services provided by the Pool, except for the exceptions provided for in these Rules.

1.9. The following persons are prohibited from visiting the Pool:

1.9.1. Persons suffering from COVID-19 or any other viral/infectious disease, persons suspected of suffering from COVID-19 or any other viral/infectious disease, and persons who have had contact with a person suffering from COVID-19 (coronavirus infection);

1.9.2. Persons suffering from infectious diseases;

1.9.3. Persons suffering from conjunctivitis, contagious skin diseases;

1.9.4. Persons with open wounds;

1.9.5. Persons under the influence of alcohol, narcotic or psychotropic substances;

1.9.6. Persons with other ailments that pose or may pose a threat to their own or other visitors' health and safety;

1.9.7. Persons whose behavior poses a danger to the Pool, its safety and hygienic condition or contradicts the rules of good behavior accepted in society;

1.10. Children under 15 years of age may visit the Pool only when accompanied by adults supervising them, who are fully responsible for their safety during the visit. An adult must be over 18 years of age and assume full responsibility for the safety, health, behavior, compliance with these Rules, for the storage of children's belongings, and the secure locking of lockers. One adult may accompany no more than 4 (four) children.

1.11. Minors between the ages of 16 and 18 can visit the pool independently, but they need written consent from their parents/guardians. The consent must be signed by the parents/guardians at the pool reception upon arrival with the minor child. The consent of the parents/guardians is valid for 90 calendar days.

1.12. Disabled persons who, due to their health condition, require the care of another person may visit the Pool only when accompanied by an adult or a personal assistant.

1.13. During technical maintenance, the Pool may be temporarily closed with prior notice.

1.14. During competitions announced in advance, the use of the Pool services may be limited or temporarily suspended. Visitors are informed about the planned competitions on the website, at the reception and/or on social networks. This period is not compensated.

1.15. Visitors must leave the Pool 15 (fifteen) minutes before the Pool closes or immediately after the staff instructs them. Visitors must exit through the gate (turnstile) before the Pool closes, and an additional fee will be charged for leaving later.

1.16. In case of questions or uncertainties, visitors must contact the Pool staff.

2. TICKET PURCHASE PROCEDURE, PRICES

2.1. Ticket prices are available at the Pool box office and on the website www.zalgiriobaseinas.lt, tickets are sold at the Pool box office or on the website.

2.2. A visitor who has purchased an invitation, coupon, ticket or membership and has not used/activated it within 14 (fourteen) calendar days, these become active automatically on the 15th (fifteenth) day. The validity period cannot be extended.

2.3. The number of tickets sold and the number of smart bracelets issued must correspond to the actual number of people entering through the entrance gates. Bracelets are not issued to children under 7 years of age, unless the visitor requests otherwise.

2.4. Tickets may be are temporarily not for sale due to technical difficulties or when all lockers are occupied.

2.5. For a person who has purchased a ticket, membership and decides not to use the services of the Pool, the money for the ticket, membership is not refunded and is not exchanged for another type of ticket.

2.6. If a visitor stays in the Pool longer than the designated visit time, a 15 (fifteen) minute tolerance period is granted. After this time, an overtime fee may apply: if the visitor stays in the Pool from 1 to 30 minutes, a fee of EUR 3.00 shall be applied; if more than 30 minutes – a fee of EUR 19.00 shall be applied. The overtime fee must be paid at the reception desk.

2.7. A one-time card fee of 3 (three) EUR is applied for membership registration. If the card is lost and/or damaged, the Visitor must pay for a new card. The Visitor must show the card to the administration when arriving at the pool.

2.8. Only the person to whom the membership is assigned may use the pool's personal membership. Sharing the membership with other persons is prohibited. The membership may be transferred to another person (clause 2.22).

2.9. Having purchased a "Shared Membership" (Membership Owner), the visitor becomes responsible for the third party's agreement with the pool's internal rules and payment for all additional services, such as meals.

2.10. The membership owner, without the knowledge of the pool administration, cannot change or transfer the membership card to persons who are not registered as shared users. If the pool suspects that a third party is not registered, it may deny entry and temporarily suspend the membership.

2.11. The membership owner must inform the pool administration by e-mail, telephone or on site about any change in third parties, card blocking, damaged/lost card and/or membership suspension.

2.12. The membership period is not extended or compensated in any other way due to the negligence and/or fault of the client. Except for the exception specified in clause 2.23.

2.13. For gross violations of these Rules, the Pool Administration has the right to cancel the membership.

2.14. Due to technical obstacles, during the implementation of events, or for other important reasons, the use of certain services in the Pool may be temporarily prohibited: whirlpools, swimming pools, saunas, group classes may not take place, etc. In this case, the ticket price is not recalculated and the money is not refunded to the visitor.

2.15. A fee of one euro is applied to children under four years of age. If there is a suspicion that the child may be older than 4 years of age, a document confirming the child's age may be requested.

2.16. For children from 5 to 18 years of age, the rates set in the pool apply.

2.17. Visitors can purchase a "Family 2+1 and/or Family 2+2 ticket" for 2 adults and 1/2 children (according to the ticket purchased) up to 17 years of age, which allows family members and related persons to visit the pool together. An additional child rate is applied for each child exceeding the specified number in the price category. All persons using a family ticket must agree to the pool's internal rules of conduct. The pool reserves the right to deny entry to any person(s) who refuse to agree to the pool's internal rules of conduct.

2.18. Persons wishing to purchase a ticket or membership with a discount must present an identity document (flyer, card, certificate, etc.).

2.19. In case of doubt about the age of the visitor, or if it is necessary to establish the identity of the visitor, the Pool staff has the right to require the visitor to present an identification document (passport, identity card, school/student ID card, etc.).

2.20. If a visitor, having already left the Pool, wishes to re-enter the Pool territory, he must purchase a new ticket.

2.21. The cost of re-registration of membership is 10 EUR. Membership can be re-registered twice during the membership validity period, at the reception.

2.22. Both persons must be present at the re-registration of membership - the owner of the subscription and the person to whom the subscription will be re-registered. The new owner must agree to the internal rules of conduct of the pool, if he has not already done so.

2.23. Membership can be extended only in case of illness and upon submission of a document(s) proving this. In other cases, the pool administration decides based on the situation.

2.24. The terms and conditions of membership are described in the agreement or in the instructions for using the Member Card. A fee of 10 EUR is applied to a person who has lost their biometric bracelet.

3. CHIP BRACELET, ITS PURPOSE AND USE

3.1. When selling a ticket or membership to the Pool, a chip bracelet of the appropriate color is issued, which is assigned to each visitor individually.

3.2. The chip bracelet must be activated within the first 30 minutes. when entering through the entrance gate. If the chip bracelet is not activated within 30 minutes, it is automatically blocked and the money is not returned to the visitor.

3.3. The exact validity period of the ticket or membership, the time of visit and the conditions are indicated in the price list at the reception or at www.zalgiriobaseinas.lt

3.4. Those who receive a chip bracelet are given credit, which the visitor can use to purchase additional services at the Pool.

3.5. The visitor, If you have used up part or all of your credit limit, you must pay your bill at the exit cash desks.

3.6. Persons who have received smart bracelets must enter through the entrance gates one by one, holding the bracelet against the reader located on the gates. The time spent in the Pool begins to count from the moment the person enters through the entrance gates and stops when the visitor leaves through the exit gates after placing the bracelet in the collector.

3.7. With a smart bracelet, a visitor in the Pool territory can:

3.7.1. unlock and lock a locker;

3.7.2. purchase goods and services at the bar;

3.7.3. view the information on the smart bracelet at the infoterminal.

3.8. If a visitor loses their smart bracelet or damages its electronic part, they must go to the cash desk and contact the staff to block the smart bracelet and pay a fee for losing the bracelet in the amount of 10 Euros.

3.9. Before leaving the Pool, the visitor must pay at the cash desk. Then the amount payable by the visitor for the services provided to them in the Pool and/or the goods purchased by them is displayed.

3.10. If they leave earlier, i.e. if they do not stay for the entire allotted time limit, the money for the time not spent is not refunded to the visitor.

3.11. For exceeding the time limit for staying in the Pool (time for which payment was not made when purchasing the smart bracelet) or for leaving after the official working hours of the Pool, the following is paid:

3.11.1. if a visitor exceeds the time limit, a fee for the additional time spent is calculated from the first minute and is calculated for each additional minute;

3.11.2. the fee is calculated according to the rates valid at that time and is paid at the cash desk.

3.12. If a visitor is unable to pay for the additional time spent or services provided, the money is recovered from him in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.13. Visitors who cause damage to the Pool are liable in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. For damage caused by minors, their parents (guardians) or accompanying persons are liable.

4. OTHER GENERAL INFORMATION

4.1. The pool's working hours are announced on the entrance door, on the website www.zalgiriobaseinas.lt;

4.2. The pool's working hours during the summer are determined by the administration's instructions and announced on the www.zalgiriobaseinas.lt page, on the Facebook account and at the reception.

4.3. The pool may operate for a shorter period during the Republic of Lithuania's public holidays, information about which is provided on the website https://www.zalgiriobaseinas.lt/ at the reception and/or on social networks. During the Republic of Lithuania's public holidays, weekend visit rates apply, and group classes are not held.

4.4. The safety of pool visitors is ensured by swimming instructors-lifeguards who are constantly on duty and are specially trained and know how to provide first aid. Lifeguards wear red T-shirts with the inscription "Lifeguard".

4.5. Sauna opening hours are announced: on the pool information board and on the website www.zalgiriobaseinas.lt.

4.6. Information on the suspension and extension of monthly, one-time, long-term memberships is provided in the price list, www.zalgiriobaseinas.lt and at the pool reception.

4.7. For their safety, persons in the pool area are monitored by video cameras.

4.8. Smoking is prohibited for visitors in the pool area.

4.9. The pool is not responsible for visitors' personal belongings left in the pool premises and in unlocked lockers.

4.10. Items left by visitors and later found by other visitors or pool staff and handed over to the Manager are stored by the administration for 7 (seven) calendar days.

4.11. When the locker is locked, a red indicator lights up in the lock body, and when unlocked, the indicator becomes inactive. Visitors must carefully check whether the locker is securely locked.

4.12. Each visitor has the right to use no more than one locker.

4.13. In case of violation of these Rules, the visitor must immediately leave the Pool, if required by the Manager.

4.14. Visitors who feel any health problems in the Pool must contact the Pool Supervisor or other staff.

4.15. Pool visitors must wear slippers suitable for wearing in a wet, slippery environment, except for water baths.

4.16. Swimming pool swimwear is required in the pool.

4.17. Longer hair must be tied with a hair elastic/twisted into a ponytail.

4.18. Visitors must shower before entering and leaving the pool area.

4.19. The depth of the large pool (50m) is 2.2 m, so only visitors who know how to swim can use it. The depth of the 25m pool is 0.8 m, the depth of the entertainment pool is 1.20 - 1.40 m, and the children's pool - 0.30 m.

4.20. When swimming in the lanes, it is necessary to keep to the right side.

4.21. Drinking and eating is only allowed in the entertainment pool area, located in the bar area.

4.22. In the relaxation area, a towel should be spread under the entire body on the sun loungers.

4.23. In certain areas requiring more attention, warning signs are posted that must be followed.

4.24. A visitor who notices any problems with the equipment should immediately notify the Pool employee.

4.25. A visitor who comes to the pool with a minor child (up to 16 years old) must supervise him, not leave him alone and is responsible for his safety.

4.26. On the first Monday of each month, the pool is closed for preventive maintenance of the pool (06:00-14:00). The pool administration reserves the right to change the working hours.

4.27. In August of the current year, the pool is closed for mandatory technical prevention and necessary repair work. The pool administration reserves the right to change the working hours.

4.28. Memberships are suspended only after the client submits a doctor's certificate (including children's illnesses, if one of the parents could not visit the pool because of this) or a certificate of incapacity to work to the pool administration. The period of suspension of membership coincides with the period specified in the doctor's certificate and/or certificate of incapacity to work. If there is no specified period, memberships are extended for no longer than 7 calendar days. The pool administration reserves the right to decide on the suspension/extension of membership based on the individual situation.

5. RULES OF THE SWIMMING POOL BARS AND RESTAURANT

5.1. In the pool restaurant and bars, alcoholic beverages are sold to visitors from 20 years of age, energy drinks - from 18 years of age.

5.2. Bar staff have the right not to serve people who are intoxicated with alcohol, narcotic/psychotropic substances or dangerously behaving persons.

5.3. The visitor undertakes to consume alcoholic beverages responsibly and to assess their ability to remain alert and safe in the water.

5.4. Alcoholic beverages are sold to legal entities in the pool area for representational purposes only.

5.5. Visitors undertake to consume beverages safely, not to pour into the pool and not to leave empty containers in places not designated for this purpose.

5.6. It is forbidden to leave beverages unattended.

5.7. The pool staff is not responsible for visitors' drinks left unattended.

5.8. Rest oran food must be consumed only in the restaurant area.

5.9. It is prohibited to eat while in the water or outside the designated restaurant area.

5.10. It is prohibited to take away bar or restaurant dishes/cups.

5.11. It is prohibited to carry food/snacks around the Pool premises, unless in designated take-away containers;

5.12. The visitor is responsible for payments in the bar or restaurant made with their own bracelets and those of people under their responsibility.

5.13. Parents or persons accompanying the children are responsible for using the credit assigned to children's bracelets for payments in the bar or restaurant and must pay for their purchased goods at the exit cash register when leaving the Pool.

5.14. When leaving the Pool, the visitor must pay for his/her purchased goods at the exit cash register of the Pool or using the self-service cash register. If the visitor fails to pay for the goods purchased, the pool administration will try to contact the visitor or call the Police.

5.15. Bar staff have the right to refuse to serve visitors without additional explanation.

5.16. The restaurant automatically adds a 10% (ten percent) service charge from the amount spent to the visitor's bill for services purchased at the bar or restaurant.

5.17. The visitor has the right to refuse the service charge before paying with the bracelet; after payment, the service charge cannot be canceled.

6. BATHROOM ZONE RULES

6.1. Visitors are asked to keep quiet in the sauna area.

6.2. Visitors must have a towel or use disposable towels offered by the Pool in the sauna area.

6.3. You can only enter dry saunas with a towel or using disposable towels offered by the Pool, which the visitor must lay down on wooden loungers under his/her whole body in the sauna.

6.4. Before entering the saunas and after using them, before entering the pools, whirlpools, it is necessary to take a shower.

6.5. Slippers must be left at the entrance to the dry sauna.

6.6. In the steam sauna, the seating area must be washed with a shower. Use the shower in a way that does not disturb people nearby.

6.7. We recommend not wearing jewelry in the sauna area.

6.8. Those who do not comply with the rules of the sauna area will be warned. If the client repeatedly violates the rules, he/she may be asked to leave the water area and not be allowed in the next time.

6.9. It is prohibited to pour perfumes or liquids brought by him/her on the sauna stones (clause 10.2).

6.10. Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by adults responsible for their safety in the sauna (clause 1.9).

6.11. All saunas are equipped with a “help button” to call rescuers in case of health risk.

7. RULES FOR USING THE SLIDE/SLIDE

7.1. The slide/slide may only be used by persons over the age of 3. Children under the age of 10 may only use the slide/slide under the supervision of an adult.

7.2. Skating is only permitted after making sure that the landing pool is filled with water.

7.3. Follow the specified safety requirements.

7.4. Children are prohibited from using the slide/slide if there is no responsible person with them.

7.5. Running on the steps of the slide is prohibited.

7.6. It is forbidden to slide headfirst, climb upstream and run up the steps of the slide.

7.7. It is forbidden to leave children under 10 years of age unattended.

7.8. It is forbidden to skate in clothing that contains sequins, zippers, clips, buttons, etc. elements.

7.9. It is forbidden to skate with auxiliary equipment, i.e. life jackets, inflatable shoulder pads, lifebuoy.

8. RULES FOR USING THE POOL SHOWER SERVICE

8.1. A visitor wishing to use the shower service must pay a fee of 3 EUR at the pool reception..

8.2. Visitors using the shower service are issued a chip bracelet, the purpose and rules of use of which remain the same as specified in Section 3 of these Rules, except for the period of use of the shower service provided for in paragraph 8.6.

8.3. The Visitor confirms that he is physically healthy and has no complications that would prevent him from using this service.

8.4. The Visitor assumes full responsibility for his health.

8.5. In order to use other services provided by the pool (swimming lane, spa area, etc.), the Visitor must purchase a ticket for this purpose.

8.6. After purchasing a ticket, the Visitor is granted 20 minutes to use the showers in the pool's changing room. If the Visitor does not leave the pool area during this time, he will be charged an overtime fee of 0.50 EUR/1 min.

8.7. The shower service can be used by:

8.7.1. Adults;

8.7.2. Children under 16 years old - only with an accompanying adult;

8.7.3. Persons between 16-18 years old - only with written parental consent. The pool administration reserves the right to request an identity document.

9. RULES FOR USING THE HYDROMASSAGE BATH

9.1. A visitor who wishes to use the hydromassage bath must register at the reception upon arrival at the pool.

9.2. The visitor confirms that he is physically healthy and has no complications that would prevent him from using the hydromassage bath.

9.3. The visitor assumes full responsibility for his health.

9.4. In order to use other services provided by the pool (swimming lanes, spa area, etc.), the visitor must purchase a separate ticket.

9.5. Upon registration, the visitor will be assigned a time slot. If the visitor does not show up within the allotted time slot and/or does not use the hydromassage bath through no fault of the Pool, the money paid will not be refunded.

9.6. Upon arrival, the Visitor must indicate the time. The administration employee will set the desired hydromassage bath function (15, 20, 30 minutes).

9.7. After the massage, the visitor must leave the pool area, unless he has purchased a ticket to use other services provided by the pool (swimming lanes, SPA zone, etc.).

10. VISITORS’ RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

10.1. The visitor has the right:

10.1.1. to use the services provided by the Pool;

10.1.2. to demand that the Manager compensate the visitor for the damage caused by the Manager’s fault, in accordance with the procedure established in these Rules and legal acts.

10.2. The visitor undertakes:

10.2.1. before starting to use the services provided by the Pool, to make sure that his health condition and physical capabilities allow him to use them. The negative consequences associated with failure to comply with this requirement are borne by the visitor himself;

10.2.2. while in the Pool and using the services provided therein, strictly comply with the requirements set forth in these Rules;

10.2.3. while in the Pool, wear and use only the assigned chip bracelet;

10.2.4. follow the instructions of the Manager's staff regarding safety requirements and compliance with these Rules;

10.2.5. pool visitors must listen to all lifeguard instructions. The Pool Administration reserves the right to ask Visitors who intentionally ignore the lifeguard instructions to leave.

10.2.6. use only swimming clothing: women and girls - a swimsuit, men and boys - swimming trunks.

10.2.7. children under 3 years of age must wear diapers adapted to being in the water.

10.2.8. minors under 16 years of age must be accompanied by adults responsible for their safety (clause 1.9).

10.2.9. Children under 6 years of age or under 130 cm tall in recreational pools with a depth of more than 80 cm must wear inflatable sleeves. They can be obtained free of charge from lifeguards. “Sleeves” are not mandatory if a responsible person is in the water with the child, and the child is no further than an outstretched arm’s length away.

10.2.10. Visitors must leave the pool and/or SPA area no later than 15 minutes before their closing time.

11. RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF THE MANAGER

11.1. The manager has the right to:

11.1.1. to deny entry to the Pool of persons whose behavior may disrupt the order, endanger the safety of other visitors, the hygienic condition of the Pool and/or contradict the norms of behavior accepted in society;

11.1.2. to deny entry to the Pool of persons who do not agree to comply with or do not understand these Rules;

11.1.3. to change the list of services provided by the Pool and/or their prices at any time without prior notice;

11.1.4. to remove from the Pool visitors who violate the Rules, ignore warning signs, requirements specified on signs, or do not follow the instructions of the staff. In such a case, the money is not returned to the visitors;

11.1.5. to unilaterally change the Rules by publishing them publicly;

11.1.6. to deny entry to persons without additional explanation.

11.1.7. The Manager has the right to organize closed evenings in the Pool.

12. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR VISITORS

12.1. The pool administration recommends that visitors planning to have fun assess their physical capabilities and health status (e.g. chronic illnesses, injuries, pregnancy, etc.).

12.2. Visitors are not recommended to bring expensive and/or valuable items (jewelry, watches, mobile phones, etc.) to the Pool, which may be damaged due to moisture or be lost.

12.3. Visitors are not recommended to use the services provided by the Pool while wearing any type of jewelry or other jewellery that may cause damage to the visitors themselves and/or the Pool's inventory.

12.4. It is strictly not recommended to jump, dive, do tricks, hold your breath underwater, try to dive into the pool or perform other complex or risky actions.

13. BONDS IN THE POOL

13.1. It is forbidden in the pool:

13.1.1. to shout loudly, whistle, falsely call for help, run (the visitor may slip and get injured), push, behave rudely, interfere with other visitors from using the pool services;

13.1.2 to bring glass, breakable, sharp objects with you;

13.1.3. to bring food and drinks with you (except drinking water in unbreakable containers);

13.1.4 to visit with animals;

13.1.5. to skate on the railings of the stairs, climb steel con structures or otherwise damage the inventory in the Pool;

13.1.6. spit on the floor and into the water, relieve oneself of natural needs outside the toilets;

13.1.7. leave minor children under 15 years of age without adults responsible for their safety;

13.1.8. a visitor may perform diving exercises only after additionally informing the lifeguard about this. When performing diving exercises, the visitor assumes all responsibility and risks arising to his health and safety, including death or any other impairment of his health;

13.1.9. wear outdoor footwear, except for the area before the changing room;

13.1.10. use a chip bracelet not assigned to him;

13.1.11. jump into the water from the edges of pools, whirlpools, dive in whirlpools;

13.1.12. children under 3 years of age to swim in swimming pools without specially designated diapers;

13.1.13. to film and photograph in all Swimming Pool premises without the permission of the service provider;

13.1.14. to pour drinks into swimming pools or whirlpools;

13.1.15. to shave and/or perform depilatory procedures in the Swimming Pool premises;

13.1.16. to wring out wet clothes (swimsuits, shorts, towels, etc.) on the floor in the changing rooms;

13.1.17 to visit the swimming pool/be intoxicated by alcohol, narcotics and psychotropic substances;

13.1.18. to use the Swimming Pool services with health problems or in poor health;

13.1.19. to provide commercial services to visitors without the written consent of the administration. The pool administration reserves the right to prohibit the performance of activities without any explanation.

13.1.20. swimming naked in pools and saunas;

3.1.21. Arbitrarily setting, changing and/or stopping the set function of the hydromassage bath;

13.1.22. Using the hydromassage bath or otherwise changing or controlling the settings of the massage bath without the consent of the administration.

13.1.23. taking away any Pool inventory;

13.1.24. wearing footwear, slippers or any other type of footwear in the water baths.

13.2. It is prohibited in the sauna area:

13.2.1. bringing your own infusions, extracts and wadding to the saunas and using them in them;

13.2.2. pouring water on stones or temperature sensors in the saunas yourself;

13.2.3. adjust the devices located in the sauna premises;

13.2.4. be intoxicated with alcohol, narcotics and psychotropic substances in the sauna;

13.2.5. leave minor children under 15 years of age without adults responsible for their safety;

13.2.6. wear shoes, slippers or any other type of footwear in the sauna.

13.2.7. Use the “help button” for purposes other than its intended purpose.

14. LIABILITY

14.1. A visitor who has caused damage to the Swimming Pool, its property, the property and/or health of visitors shall be liable in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. For damage caused by minors or disabled persons, their parents or guardians shall be liable.

14.2. One adult can bring up to 4 minor children (up to 15 years old) with them, for whose health and safety he/she is fully responsible.

14.3. If the pool administration or employees suspect that a visitor has committed a criminal act, the police will be called immediately.

14.4. Failure to comply with the rules announced by the Žalgiris pool will result in a 1-month ban on visiting the pool. If this violation is repeated, a 3-month ban on visiting will apply, and then - a 6-month and 1-year ban on visiting. The money paid will not be refunded.

14.5. A gross violation of the rules will result in a 3-month ban on visiting the pool. If the violation is repeated, a 6-month ban on visiting will apply, and then - a 1-year ban on visiting. The money paid will not be refunded. The pool administration reserves the right to include a person in the list of undesirable persons for an indefinite period for single or repeated gross violations. A gross violation of the rules is any action or behavior that poses a threat to the safety and/or health of surrounding persons or causes damage to the pool infrastructure.

14.6. The pool administration has the right to remove visitors who violate the pool rules or do not follow the instructions of the pool staff. In such a case, the money paid is not refunded and a visit restriction may be applied.

14.7. Parents, guardians or other adults accompanying minors are responsible for familiarizing minors and disabled persons who have arrived with them with the Rules and for compliance with these Rules.

14.8. The expected compensation for material damage for intentionally damaged or damaged building infrastructure, environment, lost or damaged inventory is determined according to the rates approved at that time.

14.9. The visitor is responsible for the pool equipment he uses, and in case of loss or damage he must compensate for the damage caused to the Pool. If the item is not returned or is damaged, the visitor must pay a pre-determined fine according to the rates in force at that time.

14.10. In case of damage to property and/or non-property in the Pool, the visitor must immediately report the damage to the Pool administration or any of its employees, indicating the place, time and circumstances of the incident and the persons, who witnessed the event. If the visitor does not comply with this condition, subsequent complaints and claims for health and/or property damage will not be considered.

14.11. The Administrator will not consider the visitor's claims and will not be responsible for any material and/or immaterial losses that the visitor suffered in the Pool if the visitor did not comply with the requirements and/or recommendations set out in these Rules.

14.12. The Operator is not responsible for the personal belongings of visitors or their loss and/or partial damage, including visitors' swimsuits damaged by slides or chlorinated water.

14.13. The Pool is not responsible to third parties for any consequences or damage to the health and property of visitors and does not accept and consider claims if such consequences arise from the visitors' own negligence, failure to comply with these Rules, information on warning signs and messages, or failure to comply with the lawful instructions of the Pool employees.
